Founder & President
Carlos is the founder and President of Keepers. He grew up in London, England working alongside his family’s cleaning business. Carlos earned a degree in International Studies with an emphasis in Business from Brigham Young University. Through college, he worked as a custodian, cleaning many large buildings on the university campus. He decided to put his degree and knowledge of the cleaning industry to use by founding Keepers in 2008. Carlos loves going on walks with Marci and their 4 kids. He is a true foodie and is on the constant search for the best pizza, rib-eye steak, and pasta Alfredo.

Dave started his accounting career over 20 years ago. He has a master’s degree in accounting and loves to see others become successful.
As the the CFO of Keepers he takes great pride in his work and job to ensure the company continues to grow and succeed.
Dave enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and eating Mexican food especially, Mi Amigos!

Yesenia does regular inspections with the cleaning crews. She leads the crews as they get started on working with new accounts, performing on-site training for each new location. She also supports our operations staff by coordinating crew changes or inspections.
She loves to spend time with her kids and eating chocolate.
Customer Service
Supplies Coordinator
Saúl works in our Projects & Supplies department. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from The University of Texas at Austin. Saúl makes sure all special projects go according to plan and are delivered on time. He is also in constant communication with the crews to make sure supplies are always in stock at all accounts.
Saúl enjoys watching soccer, Formula 1 and playing golf on his free time.

Chrissy works in our accounts receivable department making sure customer payments are posted properly and that accounts are up to date.
Chrissy has been married for 20 years, her and her husband have 2 children. They love to travel for hockey and rodeo events. Their son plays travel ice hockey and Chrissy volunteers for his hockey association on the Board of Directors.

Mariah helps recruit, interview, and hire internal employees. She also helps our new hires to get set up with benefits and maintains their records. She supports our CEO with admin tasks, email and calendar management.
Mariah loves to go thrifting to find all the hidden treasures. She also enjoys making flower arrangements in her free time.
